Barn Owl

The beautiful bird models from the Dutch publisher Léon Schuijt are not only appealing to nature lovers; they also impress with their true-to-life size. The plumage has been rendered with great finesse and detail, making the birds look almost lifelike. Assembling them is not too difficult.
This model depicts a barn owl. These owls, which live in towers or ruins, are becoming increasingly rare in Central Europe and can live for up to 18 years.
