The Auerbach House in Jena is an ideal representative of Bauhaus architecture. Clear, straight lines characterise this house, which was designed by Walter Gropius and Adolf Meyer in 1924. It is the first building that Gropius realised for private individuals. The building owner was the Auerbach family.
